By placing an order on Saree polli, you agree to provide authentic recipient details including name, direct telephone contact, and full delivery location.

• Orders submitted via Cash on Delivery are verified by phone call or WhatsApp before parcel packing.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders with unconfirmed contact numbers or inaccurate delivery information.

Parcels are dispatched promptly with certified couriers:

* Orders with subtotal exceeding ৳ 10,000 automatically qualify for FREE Delivery across Bangladesh.

We want you to adore your Tangail sarees. If you wish to exchange a color or design:

• Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of parcel receipt.
• Sarees must be unused, unpleated, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Customer covers courier return transit for standard exchanges unless the saree arrived defective or incorrect.

Due to the authentic handloom weaving process, minor thread nuances, weave textures, and natural selvage characteristics are the genuine hallmarks of artisanal handcraft. We recommend dry-cleaning for silk and zari sarees, and gentle handwash for cotton Taant sarees.
